We are reaching out to clarify recent information regarding Dixon (DJ) Farley. Some earlier details shared were inaccurate. At this time, DJ is receiving ongoing medical care, and his family will provide updates as they are able.

We understand that this situation has caused concern and uncertainty throughout our schools and community. During this period, we encourage everyone to approach one another with patience, care, and respect as we collectively process this difficult time.

To support students and staff, a crisis response team will be available at the high school on Monday morning. These professionals are prepared to offer emotional support, listen to concerns, and assist anyone who may need help coping.

In a show of unity and encouragement, the district invites students, staff, and community members to wear blue clothing along with mismatched socks. This gesture represents hope, strength, and solidarity for DJ and his family.
